This class is ideal for the active older adult, people with balance issues, arthritis, recovering from surgery, pregnant, just starting out, or just not ready for the higher impact/intense dance moves & strength workout.     We will take a walking tour of the barn and plant operated and managed by the James and Rooney families. Monument Farms is a 720 head dairy and milk processing business and is an institution in Addison County. Three generations have carried on the dairying tradition that began in 1930. After our tour, we will enjoy a delightful lunch in Middlebury before venturing home.

    Join us each Wednesday from 12:00-2:30 p.m. for a meal and program. Possible program activities can include: Bingo, Movie Matinee, Concert, Health and Wellness, Games and more! We will meet each Wednesday for a meal at noon and free program to follow. We look forward to this exciting opportunity to stay connected all year round! Our senior's schedule is bursting with variety, based out of the City Hall Conference Room. We begin with a meal that can purchased for $4.00 per person. Menus are posted in advance through our monthly newsletter. You must pre-register for your meal on the Monday by 12:00 p.m. prior to the next Wednesday to receive lunch by calling 846-4108.
    Everyone is welcome to come after the lunch for the Free program!

    Meal Chicken salad with grapes, tossed salad, croissant, chocolate cake
    Program Medicare Jeopardy is a fun variation on the popular TV show. This will be the third part of the Medicare Fraud and Abuse presentation of The Senior Medicare Patrol program (SMP) managed through the Community of Vermont Elders (COVE).
