By focusing on imagery, we all have the potential to create a new reality within ourselves. Each workshop will start with exercises to bring awareness to our body, our heart and or own breath. Then we have the opportunity to experience relaxation through Guided Imagery using suggested metaphorical images. All you need to do is to get comfortable, relax and let go. Bring your own yoga/exercise mat, blanket or cushions.
