Itís a Low impact, less intense with plenty of energy style class. Chairs are used during strength or as needed. Carry in light weights, water & clean workout shoes to change into prior to class. This class is ideal for the active older adult, people with balance issues, arthritis, recovering from surgery, pregnant, just starting out, or just not ready for the higher impact/intense dance moves & strength workout.
