Classes are on-going. Jump in anytime! Make it personal. Take your fitness to the next level with these PT Basic classes. Work your body using weights, resistant tubes and your own body weight. You’ll work in small groups doing functional exercise, gaining flexibility and balance while building muscle. Your instructor will assist you with personal attention to help you use correct technique to receive the most from your PT class. Every week we will focus on the total body and include exercises for Lovely Legs or Just Abs or Work your Core or Arm Day. Equipment: Mats and weights available at class.
